It I was fine with that. It’s been a few days. The iPad itself is “bent”. Or like just not flat. When charging it, it runs down the battery super fast, not a normal rate of battery loss. You also cannot update it to any current software or even from the last couple of years. I can deal
With the software not being updated, as it’s for a child, but the actual physicality of the tablet is not correct and the battery issue is REALLY bad, and not something I can handle. It’s dead in less than an hour, while no one is using it and nothing is running in background. This is just sitting there by itself. Frustrating.

Avoid refurbished iPads. Best Buy had a good deal for them in August and knowing that we needed one for November homeschooling, I bought one. Now that we started using it in November, the charging port stopped working. The port looks clean and the power cable is brand new which was supplied with the iPad. Called Best Buy and they said I’m already past the return date. I asked if they could just replace it because we’ve barely have a couple hours of usage on the iPad (the usage logs show that). But they said I have to pay to get it fixed. At this rate I should have just bought brand new because the price to repair this gets me to the price of a new one. I’ll never be buying refurbished again.

LOOKED BRAND NEW, FULL 100% Battery in Perfect condition. No scratches at all very easy to use, and easy to set up, perfect size you can take anywhere plus it acts as a phone. Saved a Ton of money over half the price, plus it’s back with like a year warranty. No other place is going to do that.. 10.9 perfect size also, I got a notebook cover so it likes just like a writing notebook.. same size so it’s convenient and hidden when carrying it.. Anyways highly recommend this product exactly as described and have had many purchase with them and friends also .. Nobody and myself have had No problems with his company. This is why I am taking the time and writing this review to help people. Awesome company.. would take pictures but it’s not on me at the moment..

I'm surprised about the quality of this product. Because It was a second-hand one, it would be a bit worse, like you noticed someone else used it before but nothing. It came with the box, and everything worked perfectly. I love my iPad now and even use it over my laptop. The colour is how it's being described; there are no scratches, and it is in good condition. I can't think about something terrible for now. I also like that I have the Cex guarantee there, just in case, so I'll buy more Apple products from Cex as I believe in giving things a second chance instead of getting rid of them.
