Decent cookware but not worth the colors.

July 14, 2024I bought this item due to both use and sleek design. The colors are beautiful and I thought they would look great in my kitchen. I made sure to also purchase the silicon utensils so I don't scratch the pans, and per GreenPans suggestions, I ordered more of the pan protectors because I wanted the pans to last. I wish I had realized that the pans already came with pan protectors so buying more was a waste of money, but that is on me for not reading everything. Within the first few weeks, I already noticed peeling from the bottom of some of the pans and the rims from the lids. I reached out to support who told me that peeling of the bottom of the pan was fine. I understand it's fine, but when you're using the product for its intended purpose and following the cooking guidelines the company sets forth, you shouldn't have a product that gets ruined almost immediately. I was hoping to at least receive a replacement pot or something. I'm not sure why they sell lids that very easily scrape off the top coating on the pans and then act like it's normal and a fine thing to happen.
Again, the pans work but paying the extra cost for the color was an absolute waste & a mistake. Rating 3/5 due to the way they cook but I'd never purchase again or recommend this product to anyone after my experience with the product and customer support.

February 1, 2024I received the Green Pan Reserve Collection Ceramic Nonstick 12" Frypan with Lid in Sunrise complimentary through Influenster in exchange for my honest review. First off, I love the light yellow color with the gold handles. This is an aesthetically pleasing pan that adds some personality to my kitchen. The size of this frypan is perfect for making all kinds of meals, and the pan itself is lightweight for the size, a huge plus. Unfortunately, I did feel like this pan heated a little unevenly on my gas stove (heat stayed in the center) and took a bit longer to heat up than my stainless steel pans. I coated my pan in oil as instructed and the nonstick claim was true, making for easy clean up. I do have a bit of an issue with the marketing label of this pan. On the outside label, it states that this is tough and scratch resistance as well as dishwasher safe. However, a sticker attached to the pan tells you to wash by hand. While I understand that this is always the best care in taking care of cookware, it seemed a little contradictory and should probably have the care instructions of the inside label be what is listed on the outer label, which is readable in stores. The glass lid is a nice addition and I like that this is oven safe as well. I think this is a pretty good pan, I just need to adjust my cooking times and wait for this to thoroughly heat up.

May 29, 2024I’m received this product from Influenster in exchange for my honest review. I am a serious cook, so I was so excited to try this product. So I used right on the day I received these.
First - color is so classy and gold handles are beautiful. And I love this white ceramic interior that looks clean than other non-stick teflon surfaces.
I used for fish cake which is dipped in egg wash, and it has even heat distribution and amazingly smooth that slides foods to here and there so easily. Nothing sticks especially this egg item is great to test nonstick pan. If you control the heat properly, it doesn’t burn your food and nonstick would last long.
Previous experience of Greenpan was it’s great first couple of months maybe upto an year at the most but this one seems higher quality than I had and seems durable.
Hopefully this nonstick will last long and I didn’t even use the soap for washing.
I just rinsed in water and everything just comes out so easy, I just wiped it with paper towel at the end. Cleaning was such a breeze.
I tried size 10” and can’t wait to use other sizes. Thank you so much Influenster!! I’m in love with these pans
DO NOT purchase this product. It chips and peels.

October 17, 2024DO NOT PURCHASE this set. We purchased late in June 2024. ALL 5 pans are chipping and peeling after only minimal use. The chipped materials, of course, have landed in our food.
We contacted greenpan.us. They say:
"Chipping is a natural occurrence with Ceramic Non-stick.
Chipping up to 1 to 2 mm is a perfectly normal occurrence because Ceramic coatings are very hard – i.e. in the same way as Porcelain Ceramics are hard but not very flexible. Secondly, unlike with PTFE coatings, Thermolon does not require any chemical adhesive primer to stick to the pan. Thermolon’s adhesion relies solely on roughening the pan’s surface before the coating is applied, which creates a natural lock and key adhesion.
Any imperfections, such as chipping, are considered a reflection of the hardness of Ceramic coatings and not having to rely on chemicals for adhesion. As the product remains perfectly safe for use if it chips, it does not require a replacement. In fact, the hardness of the coating is one of its strengths because it will be less prone to scratching during daily use.
The great thing is that our products do not contain any PTFE or other PFAS, and they are free of Lead and Cadmium.
If chipping is present along the rim, it is recommended to use pan protectors.
We take great care in reviewing all warranty claims. We have experts who can easily determine whether a manufacturing defect is present.
I would like to assure you that your product is perfectly safe for use."
That response was sent 1 minute after my email. It was an auto-reply obviously. NO "expert" looked at the numerous photos I sent them.
DO NOT trust them! Do they mention the possibility of "harmless" chipping and/or peeling at the time of sale? Of course not! It is completely unacceptable.
DO NOT trust their "warranty". What would they warranty if not chipping and peeling?
