January 27, 2024[This review was collected as part of a promotion. ] As a family who play musical instruments, we loved the musical theme with the band, music and instrument shops. There are varied play options with the second storeys being removable and becoming independent buildings. This allows the formation of a longer street, full of vibrant colours. One minifigure has a hearing aid which started a conversation. We love that once again there was a person in a wheelchair. There were plenty of plants and what looked like an ecowall which are seen more in cities now. And the solar-panels were an essential inclusion that wasn't missed. There was a great deal of difference in the types of construction used in the buildings. We noticed that each building utilises more challenging Lego construction techniques than the previous one. This would be great for younger, less experienced Lego builders.

December 29, 2023[This review was collected as part of a promotion. ] The kids and I loved building this together. The instructions were easy to follow, and the Lego app helping you visualise the next steps of the build was helpful and made it more engaging for all when the kids took turns to build. It was hours of fun to build and even more hours of creative play afterwards. They were impressed with the attention to detail in each room of this set. The many moveable accessories, unique minifigures and parts meant the kids were able to make up many different stories for play. So far we have only built the High Street setup, but we love the idea of how versatile it is in being able to build 2 other city layouts so that if they ever get bored of this one they can change things up. The only thing they wished could be different was that they would have liked to have at least one minifigure per room and for the rooms to be a bit larger so the figures had more room to move around when playing.
Amazing Value!

December 15, 2023This is a huge set with 1,459 pieces! That means hours of fun for my son! He wanted this set so badly and thoroughly enjoyed building every moment of this. Lego is just always a hit with my kids, and they never fail to disappoint. I love the bright colors and the thoughtful details in the set. I think the Lego Creator 3 in 1 type series provides an even greater value, because they gives you a huge instruction booklet that perfectly explains how to build three different structures. Of course, it's always great to see them just be creative and make their own design too. I also love that this comes with so many minifigures so my son can add to his collection. I would absolutely recommend this fantastic toy if you have a Lego fan in your family. They will go nuts!
3 fun city builds

December 9, 2023The Lego Creator 3 in 1 Main Street set was very enjoyable for my 11 and 13 year old children to complete together. The three ways to build the set make it so they can unbuild and rebuild. They chose to build the more sprawling, longer set with the businesses because they thought it was the largest and it had a drum set (all the layouts have a musical component). There is representation of different abilities (glasses, wheelchair) and interests (botany, photography, parkour) in this set. The instruction booklet is sensible. Note that some of the numbers have two bags (ex. a larger 6 and smaller 6 bag). Also note that the brown and tan can sometimes be confused, so if you think you are missing a brown or a tan look back and see if you used the wrong color tone previously.
