When we got this, we had a fair amount of skepticism because of the "never stick" claim, but we were willing to give it a try because, if it worked, it would be a big deal in our house (we're very heavy users of our cookware - my wife especially, who worked most of her career in very serious restaurants), but too often the claims fall short (including a previous Ninja stainless steel pan that we truly do like, but that definitely had some sticking and even-heating issues).

The "feel" (solid with some weight), the durability (last us as long as possible with as little investment from as possible), the cook quality and the ease of cleaning (even heating, non-stick, etc.) are what we are generally looking at when we're trying new pans out. This set has far exceeded expectations - we love them. They're weighted and balanced nicely, they are relatively discrete while still looking nice, they cook very well and look like they'll hold up well with minimal upkeep required. The non stick actually works! Hopefully it stays that way and they live up to the "never stick" statement.

This doesn't mean they are perfect. The one thing here that could be improved is vented lids (single holes on the smaller ones, double on the bigger). The condensation can build up pretty quickly which means certain dishes will end up soggy if you're not careful and actively monitoring (and because of the buildup, means that condensation could drip into pan while you're cooking with oil). With that said, we really do love the set.

Ninja: please make a 19-20" wok like this! We will buy two.

I have researched for good reliable ceramic cookware set for a while. I've owned famous brand cookware set and I thought I’m happy with it until I’ve discovered Ninja NeverStick™ Ceramic Pro™ 10-Piece Cookware Set. I have some kitchen devices from Ninja brand and they never disappointed me, this is why I was super excited when I’ve got this ceramic set from Ninja. The set came carefully packaged, nothing arrived broken. The pans are heavier than my old ones, but these definitely have better quality than the set I’ve had before. The set includes 2 different sized fry pans, 2 different saucepans with lids, 1 saute pan with lid and a 5-quart stock pot with lid. The lids are clear, so you don’t have to open the lid every time you want to see the dish you’re cooking - very comfortable. I’ve got the set in Midnight Blue color and I love it, it looks so classy and fits perfectly in my kitchen atmosphere. Also the great thing is that you can use even harsh sponges for cleaning because this cookware is scratch resistant. I don’t have the dishwasher so I wash my pans by hands but it’s great to know that others who own a dishwasher can safely use it for this cookware. The brand mentions the less chemical exposure which is a huge plus for me and my family. I have used these pans in my oven and they performed well even at the high temperature. I’m pretty sure this set will serve our family for a long time. This is such a great investment in cookware.

I was fortunate enough to be selected for the sampling program for this cookware set and I cannot explain how excited I am to now have this set in my kitchen! I put this set through a typical week in my household and made dishes anywhere from pastas to queso so that I can properly rate this cookware. The performance of the set was amazing! I loved the nonstick coating that truly wouldn’t let even a queso stick to the walls and could come right out with a silicone spatula. I did notice a few minutes difference that you should let these pans heat up per the instructions but that only ensured you were getting the benefits of the ceramic and coating. Overall, performance especially with a gas stove earned all 5 stars. Now onto why it lost a star, I would’ve given a 4.5 but that’s not an option. Two things: pan size and exterior coating. The pan sizes were definitely smaller than my previous which comes in handy when cooking for a family so that had me adjusting recipes to use these pans. Second, I received one of my pans scratched white after I opened it and cleaned the pan. It wouldn’t be as noticeable if I had gotten a different color, but since I got blue the white scratches stand out pretty bad. Regardless of the minor inconvenience, I would highly recommend this cookware set!!

I received the Ninja NeverStick Ceramic Pro 10-piece set for free in exchange for my honest review. The set includes 3 pans and 3 pots, along with 4 lids (1 for the big pan and 3 for the pots). These pieces are 100% PTFE, PFOA, and heavy-metal free, offering a non-stick cooking experience. Ceramic pans are great because they are toxic-free and require less oil for cooking. As bird owners, we avoid Teflon and PTFE-coated cookware due to they are extremely harm to birds, of course non-toxic is better for us humans but birds are extremely sensitive to these toxins. Now, let’s dive into the pros and cons of this ceramic cookware: Pros: -Very light and easy to handle -Stylish design -Flat glass lids that save storage space -Scratch-proof (sharp utensils won’t damage them) -High heat resistance (safe for broiling up to 600°F) -Super easy to wash -Truly non-stick -Dishwasher safe -Nice heat distribution (good for pancakes!) Cons: -Takes longer to warm up compared to cast iron, stone, or stainless steel cookware -Slower boiling time (not ideal for pasta or noodles) -Slightly slippery on glass induction stove tops Overall, I’ve been using this set for about a month and highly recommend it, especially the pans. You can either go for the set or a smaller set with less pots. Happy cooking!
