December 24, 2024Okay pots, customer support was non responsive. The cookware are hybrid style, meaning there is a mix of nonstick and stainless steel surface. Under normal use, I don't see this pan breaking or getting damage. It's nice and thick, will not get bent. Handle is solid, round, and full. With a good seasoning (yes you need to season it), you can make this as non stick as anything else. However due to the hybrid design and thicker metal, this pan is not light. Might be an issue with the petite chefs. I bought these on Black Friday sale on their website. However, it was still cheaper to buy them in stores like Costco when they show up on the special demos. That is exactly what happened to me. Initially I thought I was still good...It was within the 14 day for a price match that the website clearly displays and gloat about. Unfortunately, all I got was an auto response and the two weeks went by without any further response. In short, the Hexclad Hybrid Cookware are ok, but the customer support and the non responsive customer support and failure to honor their price match leaves a sour taste in your mouth. If you gonna buy, just wait for it to appear on a super sale at other stores. And don't believe in the 14 days price match, it'll be better to just not buy Hexclad Hybrid Cookware.

June 26, 2024Description This is the ideal pan set for beginners, whether you are a beginner or a professional chef investing in “the good stuff” for the first time. With our Hybrid technology – combining scratch-resistant nonstick coating with durable stainless steel – these pans are both easy to clean and great for cooking. We researched chefs around the world when designing the pan; These are the three things home cooks get the most out of. There's an 8" pan that's ideal for omelets, a 10" pan for single meals, and a 12" pan for searing steaks, chops, or chicken. Oven safe up to 500°F, with keep-cool handle. The tempered glass lid is safe for use in the oven at temperatures up to 400°F. Non-stick, safe for dishwashers and metal utensils. Lifetime warranty. 👉👉 I bought this set of pans when Costco had a sale. I have only used 1 one. It's heavy for me. It heats up quickly but it is not non-stick. I like it because it cleans easily. 🤷♀
I started with 1...

January 2, 2025I started with 1 HEXCLAD pot, thinking that I would take a chance and possibly waste a few hundred dollars on 1 pot. I mean, over the past 40 years or more, I have already wasted a ton of money and pots and pans that were SUPPOSED to be GREAT, non stick, and would last forever...Yea, right! They all would stick, and they would all warp, and set uneven on the stove. All of those pots made their way to the recycle bin. I took a chance and purchased my 1st HEXCLAD pan, and it made a positive impression...I then purchased 1 medium sized pot. I have to say, these HEXCLAD pots and pans cook more evenly, and quicker than anything I have EVER had. I then ordered a 6 pc set of HEXCLAD pots and pans, along with the biggest Pot they had, and cleared out the remainer of the old pots that I had been using. I believe that I have purchased my last set of pots and pans. I only wish that HEXCLAD had of come to the market sooner, like years ago.

June 27, 2024I really enjoy cooking with these pans. I've used cast iron for years, but it's getting to where I can't lift some of them as easily as I used to be able to. These solve that issue. They are lighter weight but cook food with the same, if not better, heat distribution I'm used to with cast iron. They're very easy to clean, and I don't have to worry about taking out the seasoning when I wash them in hot water with a little dish soap and a tulle scrubby. Most of the time I just use hot water and the scrubby and they clean up just fine.Scratch 'resistant'... that is a rather misleading term. All metal things are scratch 'resistant' when you think about it. If you take a metal utensil to the inside of one of these pans with no thoughts of the possibility of scratching it, you WILL scratch it.I wouldn't say they are non-stick, but as long as you oil and heat them up good before cooking, sticking isn't really an issue like it would be with stainless steel.Worth every penny!
