January 14, 2025So disappointed. After a lot of research and getting a new induction stove, we decided to go with this set wich is supposed to be the best of the best. The set came and we where so excited, looks great. Started cooking with it and noticed that every single lids where leaking from the rivets that hold the handles.......all the lids have badly pressed rivets....contacted all-clad and they wanted me to send all the lids back telling me it would take weeks?? Not at that price thank you. Returned it to Costco and figured what are the chances, they are the best in the world, ordered a new set.waited for the new set, before returning the old, same thing but even worse on the lid rivets, some of them with visible shaft?? And this time the 8qt pot had a big diffect on the lip with a ding and a visible line on the wall like the end of a roll....same thing all-clad wanted me to send it and wait for weeks while they inspect it......ordered a3rd set, and same thing again. This brand has a serious quality control issue at the factory in Pennsylvania and a defective rivet machine or employee for the lids. Returned it.
CHECK YOUR LIDS AND SPEAK UP. slide a paper between the rivets and the lids, or boil some liquid for a time and you will have liquid on top of your lid. Just unacceptable for such a brand name...........
4 instead of 5 stars

January 6, 2024I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because the 2-qt sauce pan had to be replaced; currently awaiting the replacement piece. The pieces are a bit heavier than I expected; I suppose the 3-ply would've been lighter. Nevertheless, they're still a little lighter than the set they replaced. Still getting used to cooking at lower level heat, given the beautiful heat conductibility. Would have preferred more sauce pans instead of the larger stock pots included in the set. The 3-quart sauce pan I purchased separately also had a "chip" in the lid (like the 2-quart sauce pan lid I returned), and so that lid was returned for replacement as well. Although I purchased at a discounted price around the holidays, I still expected the superior quality one would expect from All-Clad. Love the set and would purchase again, as well as additional items to compliment the set. The return process wasn't too taxing.

February 5, 2024The best cooking experience I have ever had in my life. I enjoy cooking with this set so much that I want to cook all the time. Specially since I learnt how to cook in them without food sticking to it, it's the most wonderful feeling. I highly recommend this product, and I am mad at myself for not buying them sooner and wasting all my money on the useless nonstick ones that went bad so quickly. We have been lied to, all our life about food sticking to stainless steel or burning, etc. It's total nonsense and a big lie. Thank you macy's for selling me such a beautiful set.
Poor quality and customer support - do not recommend

January 3, 2025Very disappointed with this set. My set started staining and discolouring after one hand wash. Has this weird bronzing that makes it seem like it’s bleeding metals or something.
I messaged All Clad and they rejected any repairs as it’s “normal wear and tear”. My mother in law has an older set (over 10 years old) which is still shining so it seems like the quality has fallen through the roof.
For a $500+ set this is vastly over priced.
