This candle, paired with (that "D" brand) peppermint essential oil diffusing in the other end of the house is reminiscent of a brisk morning walk through the forest after a fresh snowfall. The crackle and smell of the wood burning is next level.

I was intrigued by the reviews of Yankee's Balsam and Cedar so I picked up a couple of those. A cursory sniff and l've decided I'll be giving them away and sticking with WoodWick's Fraser Fir. There's nothing else that comes close.

My only gripe is the white and silver labels are so much more beautiful than the clear ones that came on a few of my candles with this order. Some had it, others did not.

The Woodwick Fraser Fir candle was a great buy! Not only was it affordable, it had a very good, mild piney scent. I would burn this candle for several hours without it becoming overpowering. I am very glad I tried this scent for the first time this season and will definitely look for it again next winter! and that crackle...very evocative!

I love the clean, crisp fir scent of this candle… it’s like walking through a pine forest. The crackling of the wood wick is like a miniature fireplace in a jar. Perfect for the holidays, but I can see using Fraser Fir candles throughout the year. Would also make a well-appreciated gift.

This is an absolutely beautiful fragrance that is separate from any Yankee Candle version.

Is it 25-year customer I can't pinpoint that this smells like any other fragrance they've had and I believe it is specific to the Woodwick brand.

It smells very rustic and woodsy but I would necessarily say it smells like Christmas.

When you burn it the wick gives a slight smokiness that enhances the rustic feel.

I absolutely love this fragrance.
