I love these pots and pans. They are durable, high quality. I love being able to take tge handles off while cooking, makes using multiple things on stove top easy. Tge handles are easy tobattach and unattach. The cokor is nice, and cones with instructions on how best to care fir.

Came securely packaged if a bit dusty. Tried pan-frying chicken breast in it but it seems better for food with liquids as there was a stewing effect instead of dry-cooking. Doesn't have the same effect as regular Teflon nonstick pan. You have to wait a long while for all the oil and liquid to dry up to get the char effect. What's great is the super effortless cleanup post cooking and no stains left behind
