I bought this set and have been using it, coming up on 3 years ago, and am thoroughly disappointed. When I received my set I raised concerns about the quality of the "non-stick" coating. I contacted Green Pan right away and they assured me that it was normal and would not affect the performance of the cookware. They lied. The coating on most of my pots and pans are all chipping off rendering them basically unusable. I'm a busy mom and didn't even think about the warranty which is only for 2 years. I contacted them recently and asked if anything could be done to help me recoup the several hundred dollars I invested in my Green Pan cookware set and they said no. So disappointing. Green Pan does not hold its products to a high standard and does nothing to help its customers when their products fail. Save your money and go buy a nice set of stainless steel cookware and not have to worry about a "non-stick" coating that will definitely not make it past 2 and a half years of usage and exclusive hand washing.

I’m nearly 70, so I have been cooking for over 50 years and can even remember when the first non-stick pots and pans became available to the everyday cook. I hesitate purchasing any new pots and pans at this point in life because I have cabinets full of them, but my Wok was getting crusty and, having already bought a GreenPan 10” skillet, I decided to get the Wok, which happened to be on sale!! I have never owned a nonstick wok or frying pan that performs as well as GreenPans. So far, nothing sticks. You can practically clean them with a paper towel. I like that they cook on a lower heat setting than usual. I love the wok - It’s a good size, and it is easy to wipe clean, for example, between fried rice and vegetables I not only use it for stir fry, I deep fry in it also. I have an electric cooktop range, and it works great set a medium heat. Since purchasing the wok, I’ve also bought a new griddle. I would highly recommend any GreenPan product.

I followed the care instructions of GreenPan. This pan has been hand cleaned with water and sponge, and hung on a rack for storage, (nothing touches this pan and have not even cooked with lid on) Only wooden utensils used (even though metal are stated to be ok to use) and medium heat at most. I had used this pan a handful of times (4-6 times). The rim of pan is showing multiple chips already. The evershine coating is wearing off and showing through/bleeding to the stainless steal all over the pan. There are spots of discoloration. There are food stains that will not come off the side of the pan with the companies recommendation of vinegar and baking soda. Customer service blames the customer on use, will not honor 60 day no hassle return, will not replace the pan over the chipped rim. GreenPan does not stand behind their products. It is dangerous to continue cooking with cookware that has damaged ceramic on it. I regret buying this product as it is now a paper weight. I have had $20 pans that lasted longer than this $260 one.

This pan has exceeded my expectations on every level! There are so many ceramic pans available out there, but I absolutely loved this particular pan for its size and the way it’s crafted. I’ve made flawless, omelettes, eggs, over easy, and turkey burgers in this thing, and it looks brand new! I use it exactly as recommended: Heat up slowly, use a little oil, and cook slowly. Then I just wash it out with warm water, soap and a soft sponge. It’s magnificent! I hope to purchase a few more as they will be replacing some of my other pans that are a little too heavy for me at this point in my life.
