Overview: I bought the IPhone 14 Pro Max as my first IPhone coming from Android because I wanted to try it out, and it works well! I brought it to my carrier to transfer phones numbers, had some trouble setting it up at first but I figured it out on my own, which can be disheartening to some but here’s the pros and cons. Pros: -Cosmetically great | Saw no huge scratches or marks on the phone, if so, they’re probably REALLY minor. -Pre-installed screen protector | The seller I bought it from was called “GSMFORALL” it was nice of them to do it for me instead of doing myself, which I wouldn’t have minded but it was awesome of them to include that in! -Safe Packaging | phone came in bubble rap sleeve when I opened it, can be considered standard but I liked that they included it. Battery Life | Battery works just fine, charges up to 100% easily. Cons: -Cheap charging chord | Cheap lightning charger, the box it fine but the charger head was loose 3rd day into using it, I would recommend getting an actual apple branded lighting chord or a braided one from a third party seller. -Trouble registering for iCloud Account | This only really applies if you’re a first time Apple user (Like Me) and needs to create an iCloud account, took it to my carrier to transfer numbers which they did just fine, but I had to call Apple support at home to troubleshoot the problem with a message displaying that I could not verify my phone number, had to erase my safari history. The process can be troublesome for people who may not know what to do if they come across it. Overall, owning an iPhone for the first time has been a great experience, I was debating on getting the S24 Ultra from Samsung because I’ve already owned one. But I can say I’m happy owning an iPhone! :)

I was really nervous to buy one of these after reading the reviews but I figured I could always return it if need be so here’s my experience!

Shipping was really fast, originally it stated it would be 2+ weeks but it actually arrived in about 6 days. It arrived in a plain polymailer with the phone box inside which isn’t super ideal, I wish there had’ve been a little more protection as I know how rough shipping companies can be on packages.

There were a lot of comments about the box it comes in—it comes in a BestBuy brand cardboard phone box where the phone is fitted into a plastic insert with a cord. Obviously a refurbished iPhone wouldn’t come in it’s original box but it certainly wasn’t janky like other reviews stated.

As for the actual phone, the listing stated that the phones could come with some minor wear and tear so I was prepared for the worst but pleasantly surprised that the phone I received was both the correct color and was in genuinely FLAWLESS condition. I have a very critical eye so I was expecting to find something to complain about but there isn’t a single scuff or scratch anywhere on it. There was also complaints about the battery health being poor but the phone I received is at 100%.

Overall, I’m pleased as punch with my purchase and would definitely choose to buy refurbished again in the future.

I know phones are products that are susceptible to changes and upgrades every year. so I chose this phone. --- Because: 🥇First: As a brand, Apple dominates most of the world's market. Every product that is released has a lot of people who are curious and queue or order for a long time to get it. 🥇Second: With outstanding features, it takes very beautiful pictures, both far and close shots are very clear. 🥇Third: Internal speakers and external speakers are both clear, loud, and resonant. Listen to music and the image is sharp and not blurry or blurry. 🥇Fourth: The phone's outer shell is designed with sharp edges, sturdy material, stylish, fashionable, I chose purple because at least people don't know anything about phones. At first glance, they will know that it is the latest product from Apple. 🥇Fifth: 1 TB capacity will help my father store many pictures of my mother in the past. He is an old man and cherishes past memories very much. ---There are still many features, maybe my dad won't be able to use all the outstanding features of this iPhone pro max 14 smartphone. Hopefully in the years to come. Apple company will invent more new colors. Trusted by many people and ranked first in the world forever. Really respectful. ❤

I was excited to find this model iphone was available refurbished through Target. It just arrived this afternoon. I don't think I've ever written a negative review, so I am hoping that this experience turns around, and I can report about it. So far, however, I'll say the package arrived in a bubble mailer, and inside was a thin cardboard box (which had some light dents on two sides of it.) Ok fine, I thought. Things get bumped in tranist. Then I opened the box, and much to my dismay I found the phone was being contained in a flimsy plastic insert... face down. As in, the face of the phone was facing the thin, non-padded back of the box. I proceeded to pull it out and was grateful to see that it was not cracked. Honestly a miracle. I took the phone out and inspected it and tried to turn it on, only to discover it arrived with a dead battery (not recommended- should have been stored/ shipped with around 50% capacity. So I looked back in the package to discover that it came with a cord, but it did not come with a charging block. I get that this was a refurbished phone. But this is still a pretty pricey item, Target. Your box was way too thin and hardly protective. I know I must be spoiled by the sexy Apple packaging.. but the least you could have done would have been to put this thing in cardboard. Secondly, (generously overlooking the dead battery), this nearly $1100 item ($1079) is not going to come with a charger? I have purchased new iPhones before, and they have all come with chargers. No where did the item description mention there would not be a charger included. As it stands now, that is all I have to share. I am waiting for my new-to-me iphone 14 Pro Max to slowly charge on a tiny wall cube. I get it, there are bigger things to complain about in this world. But I was trying to do my part and re-use one of these resource heavy devices, rather than buying brand new. I have purchased refurbished i products before, but all have been from Apple. Unless things take a turn here soon, I can say I will not be buying any high ticket items from Target again. And I will say to anyone reading this, and anyone that I speak to in person that may have interest in buying a phone or other electronic item from Target, not to.
