I love this bag! I am around 220lbs and the side view looks just right on my body type. I will say a con for me personally is the bag isn’t structured and if you don’t carry a lot of big items the bag kind of slouch’s. I’ve also looked a lot of reviews on this bag and even fully stuffed the corners kind of cave in. So I decided purchase a speedy 30 bag organizer. It’s a great fit but there is a little bit of room on the side of the bag to the point I probably could get away with a speedy 35 organizer. I might repurchase another bag organizer just to see if it fits the sides a little better. Other than that small fix the bag is a great everyday bag. I can comfortably wear it on my shoulder because I don’t overly stuff my bags. I enjoy how deep it is so if I do happen to leave my bag open for a slight second nothing will fall out. The original strap Is great I just wanted to purchase an additional strap to give the bag a little more flavor. I hope coach keeps this Large Rowan in production.

I had missed reactions to the Speedy being the way it was with a fixed opening, but Coach, you fixed that!! This bag has the speedy 30 dimensions, a nice wide zipper opening for the top and a front zipper for quick access. The earlier rowan was a tad too small but this large satchel is pure sophistication. Features like the adjustable shoulder strap and the new sand canvas in silver make this an edgy option. I went the bag charm route with this bag and keep getting compliments. It's a 10/10 from functionality ( i like cavernous dumping grounds) and capacity ( umbrella, book, wallet, water bottle, snacks, mints, phone) ans the signature canvas makes this a rain proof bag!!!

I was debating between the Rowan Large Satchel Bag( this one that I purchased in black) or the Georgia satchel. I choose the Rowan because it was much larger and wider then the Georgia satchel. The Rowan Large Satchel has alot of room. Very spacious. It has one zipper pocket on the inside and also a snap closure pocket on the inside. It also has a zipper pocket on the outside which is very large and roomy. The handles are very well structured and the strap is very long which is great. You can adjust the strap length if need too. The zipper is great on it. The only thing I don’t like is that there is gold on it but that’s just cuz I prefer silver over gold but I’m adjusting to loving it with the gold. If your debating on get it don’t. JUST GET IT! You won’t regret it!

This bag is EVERYTHING and then some!! I seen a review of it on YT and went to the store the next day to check it out in person. Whewwww, did this bag meet all my expectations. My dream bag has been the speedy 30 but can never muster up the gall to spend that much money on one purse. Thanks to Coach I don't have to. I can buy the bag, wallet, and charms and stay within my means. Please make other colors Coach (Red, Pink, Cognac).

Sidenote: there is a slight slouch in the bag when your items are in there with the pebbled leather but its no deal breaker. The bag holds a lot so the more its filled the less slouch.
