Bought the Q7max+ a few days ago and I’ve been super impressed! I love this robot so much I told my husband it’s my robobaby 😂 it came with a dust bag installed and an extra one in the box!
First off, I’m not new to cleaning robots so this is an absolute game changer, especially with the auto emptying dock! You can control it all from the app, even while away from home, at work, at the store!! you can see it cleaning in live time! It clean by rooms, or “zones” small areas, perfect for cleaning up after meals! You can have it clean 1,2,3 times in any cleaning mode. even add your furniture to the map to make it accurate. It starts by cleaning the entire perimeter first, then the inside going in lines. After observing it for a while it seems like it senses where there’s pieces of dirt/debris and it slows down when passing over it, sometimes I feel like it goes over it again too, either way that’s an amazing algorithm or intuitive design, or maybe it’s just me! When it goes over the carpet, you can hear it get louder, it increases the suction or decreases based on the floor type. I tested the vacuum portion, it’s excellent, even if you think it “missed” a spot- give it a minute, it’ll get it the next go around. It’s so good at getting in there it took out cracker pieces from where even my broom couldn’t reach. I tested the mopping portion using the robo cleaning solution diluted in water, which smells nice and dainty while up close, but once mopped you really can’t smell anything. I had a gross food stain behind my trash can for like 6 months and I tested the robo with it, In just 2 passes with the mop it was GONE!! Just amazing! The only slight annoyance is that the auto emptying is JUST as loud as a full sized regular vacuum, even though it’s only like 15-20 seconds to empty, it’s like blaring. So if you want it to clean at night while your sleeping, you might be woken up by the auto emptying. The noise it makes while vacuuming normal carpet is maybe half of a normal vacuum, and less while on hardwood. I did notice that hair got stuck on the sides of the roller brush instead of on it. It was easy to remove my hair than other vacuums I’ve had to clean. The accessories to maintain the robot seem pretty affordable since all the items are meant to last long in between changes like the dust bags, mop heads are machine washable, mopping cleaning liquid is meant to be diluted so it looks like it’ll last a while too.
And the cherry on top was that I bought it on sale, AND their website offers a 10% off if you have ID.me account if you’re a first responder or similar. All in all it came to $457 with taxes, so for the quality, affordability and time saving feature- this is an EXCELLENT deal, definitely recommend to everybody!

I had been on the fence abt getting a robot vacuum/mop combo because I've heard so many mixed reviews. It came down to this Roborock, and 2 other brands but based on all the reviews between the 3 (mostly 1 star so I could see the trend of downsides to each brand), I ended up going with Roborock mainly bc even the worst reviews didn't seem that bad compared to others plus the customer service and warranty seems to be better than the rest. After a month of using this every other day I can say I genuinely wish I had bought this sooner! The mapping was super quick and easy and I haven't had any issues so far. I've got a short haired dog that sheds a decent amount and my house is abt 1400sq.ft, this vacuum will get the heavy traffic areas both bathrooms and master bedroom all done in just under an hour. It's also WAY quieter than expected and my dog barely knows when it's on which is also a plus for me since she's a bit skittish. All in all im so happy with this purchase I look forward to using it for a very long time and getting one for my moms house, 10/10!

Prior to this, I used iRobot Roomba and Eufy robotic vacuums. This takes the cake!
The systematic cleaning pattern vs. the others (who wander like drunk sailors) works well with our complicated floor plan (“open” with many islands and divides). The others would get hyper focused in one section of the house and the battery would deplete, but Roborock ensures it covers every inch of my home before it redocks.
Our main level is ~1300sqft, and it only uses 35% of the battery to clean. The suction increases automatically over area rugs, which is an added bonus, as it provides a better clean, but conserves the battery and keeps the noise down throughout the rest of the house.
Around the furniture, it gracefully navigates its way around. My others used the “slam and pivot” feature, but Roborock slows down before a chair leg and swings around it.
We have two large dogs and a long hair cat, plus two little girls - all of which shed. The dogs also drag in dirt from our backyard. The Roborock has done an amazing job keeping the floors clean so far!!
The self empty is great, although the first few runs, it needed a second “go” to finish pulling the animal hair from the bin. In the App, I just changed the settings to “max” for emptying, so hopefully this rectifies that.
It also has Meal Time schedule options, so it can run in JUST the dining room/kitchen after meals to sweep up what the kids have left behind.
It’s very quiet compared to other vacuums. Still a vacuum, so it makes noise, but I was surprised and how much softer the noise is. The emptying into the dock feature IS loud, but brief. There’s a lot of suction there.
This was a Christmas gift, so I haven’t had it long. I hope it stands up over time. So far, I can say it is the BEST robot vacuum I’ve ever owned.

For the price point this automated vacuum/ mop unit is great. I’ve been wanting to buy one for quite a while and finally bought one a couple months ago. I first tried a different model which happened to be much too basic and had multiple problems including having enough battery power to clean my whole upper level in one fail swoop and also got confused on my shiny tile floor. So back to the drawing board.
The Roborock Q7 max has plenty of battery power to get the job done, The strength of the vacuum is rather impressive, considering I have two dogs and a parrot, it has no problem cleaning efficiently
The wifi can be a bit glitchy, but that might be due to our wifi strength is not the greatest. I have been able to map multiple levels as well as taking it to my elderly mother’s house and mapped/ cleaned seamlessly
I definitely recommend purchasing this auto vac. Well worth the money and can’t imagine life without my “ lil helper”
