This book was one of the heaviest I've read in awhile. Gregg did a great job pulling all of these pieces of this harrowing story together. In fact I read it as a library book and then decided to purchase it later - that's how much I liked it.

Oh my goodness! You absolutely will not believe the horrors that went on when you read this book! It grabbed my attention right away and I read it in a couple days. It was so good and so incredibly sad at the same time. It will definitely leave you questioning how something like this went on for so long and who did no one say anything. Easily the best book I’ve read so far this year!

Man! This book will just keep you wondering how anyone could endure the torture that this main character puts her family and so called friends through! Its a very good read but, very disturbing at the same time! Loved it! I hate that it was a true story for those who suffered.

Riveting story, it keeps you sitting on the edge of your seat throughout the book. The author does a very good job of telling this story.
