I have at least 30 pairs of boots and these ones are my absolute favorite! Clarks really did a great job with these boots.. they’re great looking, have the perfect heel height and the cushioned footbed is very comfortable. I bought the Navy when it was offered as the TSV. Loved them so much that I came back for the Olive (has a strong grey undertone), then a few months later bought the Burgundy, followed by Taupe and Black. I haven’t worn any other boots since getting these. They offer great support and I can walk all day in them with no pain or feet fatigue. When I saw the boots were offered as a Today Only price, finally bought the Dark Tan! One thing I should mention is that I have narrow feet and the medium fits me perfectly. If you have average sized feet, get the wide width for proper fit and comfort.

I was so excited to get these boots. I got my regular size and needed to exchange for a half size up. They are so cute and will go with just about anything! They are very comfy but I wanted them slightly larger so I can wear thicker socks.

The sad part was the second pair that was shipped got stolen from my porch. But then, a very kind customer service representative, Kimberly, helped me get a replacement pair at no cost. Not many business will do that these days. I am extremely grateful for this level of customer service seeing as how it’s the holidays and the boots are a spendy item! QVC will forever be my favorite place to shop and spend my money. Customer for life!!

I’m so excited to get my boots, I know I will wear these for years to come.

I have no problem with the boots, as they are well made and comfortable beyond belief in my wide 9.5 size. I do however have a bit to say otherwise about extended time ( over a week) to even send them out so I was unable to order another color as my size is sold out. The Taupe color that looked lighter on air is actually an ugly dirt brown . I notice that not only am I surprised by the many things that are color wise nothing like what they look like on air. QVC would have fewer returns if this lighting and color balancing problem is corrected. Shipping times are so inconsistent, both very long and sometimes ,almost unbelievably short, I will vote for the quick shipping, thank you. I have had items fall off the face of the earth on their way to my house, with no honesty on whether they will ever surface !!! Yesterday I got a pair of pants that I did not order in place of the sweater, I had ordered. There was no return label ( a constant problem), so I am keeping the pants even though they do not fit, too much hassel and time to remedy. So I am venting some problems that need to be fixed as I hear complaints from other customers when I read reviews. I am still angry that " Carolyn Gracie" was taken away from the loyal Denim and Co fans. The other hosts annoy the daylights out of me ! Done. Bet this review does not see the light of day.

I have a hard time finding boots that don't dig into my shins or the back of my calves/heels. I just decided to replace my old leather clarks boots from 8 years ago and hadn't been able to find anything like them. I have been trying for a few months ordering and sending back multiple pairs of boots. Saw these as the tsv and they reminded me so much of my old boots that I bought three pairs. I could tell the boot wasn't too narrow like some other shoes in the clarks line. These feel like a true medium to me. I did order 1/2 size up because of the inconsistent sizing in this brand and other shoe brands on QVC. I'm glad I did because they just fit and I can wear a thin sock. These don't cause bruising and have enough give for my high instep. The interior sole padding feels good, but I do have a high arch and wish it had more arch support. Overall these are more comfortable to walk in than my old boots. My old boots were a 6 1/2 and I ordered a 7 in these. To be safe you may want to order a 1/2 size up if you go between sizes. I probably would order a 7 1/2 or a 7 wide if I wanted to wear thicker socks. While my old boots were lace ups with a zipper, I like the updated look of the bungee lacing with these. Of course I wanted a boot with a zipper for ease of getting in and out and I find the zipper on this boot to work well. I can finally stop looking boots because these are the ones for me.
