I am absolutely in love with this bag! Husband surprised me for Christmas after we did a little window shopping and this one stood out to him. It's the perfect crossbody size but with so many compartments and a great amount of storage. This bag looks so lux with the black leather body and a pop of brown signature canvas, paired with the gold hardware. I especially love that the strap is adjustable and I can wear this over my shoulder when I have my bulky winter coat on. I've already gotten so many complements. This is my new winter go-to bag.

I had this bag in my cart for a while unsure if should buy and waiting for a deal, normally I prefer satchels but this can crossbody also. Once I saw a discount I purchased it. I was a little nervous about size, I don't want too small but also don't want too big. This will work, my large zip wallet just fits in length in either of 2 middle or back section which made me happy, front pocket fits my iPhone no problem. I would prefer to use outside back pocket for phone which I can if I put wallet in middle section but too tight if put in back inside section, would still have room in other compartment for keys, sml hand sanitizer, gum or mints, chapstick or other sml items. Do have to be careful not to fill too much because would have issue closing magnetic closer on flap I fell in love with the design, however little disappointing that sides are not multi colored snakeskin like picture looked, but intstead is just all black. Still like the look and will keep. My 17 ur old daughter thought was sharp looking and said she would take it if I didn't want it! Overall happy with bag. However, I agree with others that outlet or not should come with dust cover for cost. Many other less expensive bags even come with them. Also 1st bag ever had delivered In basically a glorified paper bag package. Luckily was ok but no protection from shipping whatsoever. Not even a bubble wrap package. Has some type of fiber filling very thin which was ripped open about 2" leaking mess out when received! What?? Box should be no brainer for protection! Disappointed in this situation.

This is a great bag, as is its quality. My couple of issues are that the snap enclosure seems a tad bit off and takes a bit of maneuvering to close. Also when wearing the bag as a shoulder bag by doubling the chain strap, the chain falls off my shoulder, often. But I would still recommend this purse. I love the black and gunmetal colors, as many bags automatically come with gold hardware. Thus, I can wear it with a lot.

You might wanna save your money and do something else if you're looking for a white purse. The materials they use with these bags your clothes will stain on the purse so you can't even wear the purse. I call to get help and they told me to go to my local coach outlet store so I took a road trip to go to the store only to be told that there's nothing they can do by the rude customer service lady there. I don't even wear it to rub on my blue jeans so I do not understand how it got rubbed on my purse when I don't rub my stuff on there.
